When Does the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Start?
The tournament kicks off on Thursday, June 11 at 5:00pm ET when Mexico takes on South Africa in Mexico City live on FOX. The Group Stage runs from June 11 to June 27, followed by the Round of 32 from June 28-July 3, and the Round of 16 from July 4-7. The Quarterfinals are on July 9-11, the Semifinals on July 14 and 15, and the Tournament wraps up on July 18 for the Bronze Final, with the winner crowned at the Final on Sunday, July 19.
