How to: Store recordings in personalized folders on your Hopper DVR

Learn how to create personalized folders for recorded programs on your Hopper DVR with this simple how-to guide.

1. Press the DVR button on your remote control.
   
2. Use the ARROW buttons to move to a recording that you would like to place in a new folder and press SELECT.
   
3. Click EDIT.
   
4. Select CREATE FOLDER.
   
5. Create a folder name such as ‘KIDS,’ ‘DAD,’ ‘MOVIES,’ ‘HOLIDAY,’ etc., then select DONE.
   
6. Press SAVE.
   

To save a recording in an existing folder that you already created, complete steps 1-3, then select the desired folder name for that recording.
