What is "on-site" repair?
On-site repair means we come directly to you to perform the repair. Whether at your home, office, school, or coffee shop, a DISH technician will arrive and expertly repair your device. You don’t need to wait in a queue or be without your device for days on end. No fuss, just convenience.
What if you cannot fix my phone?
We make this very simple, if we cannot fix it, you do not pay for the repair! The $1 appointment confirmation fee is also refundable. It is rare that we are unable to repair a broken device.
How do I know which model phone I own?
For your convenience a guide matching model number and device type is accessible on the website. Simply click the question mark next to “Not sure which model your phone is?” when choosing your model. Find your model number on the back cover of your device.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards on our website when you book the service.
What do I need to have available for you to do on-site repair?
The technician will need a clean table and lighting. Beyond that, we've got you covered.
How do I know if you service my area?
With nationwide coverage we are able to service all zip codes in the US.
Do you unlock devices?
We are not able to unlock devices at this time. We also do not “jailbreak” devices.
Do you use OEM parts?
At this time OEM parts are not available to vendors other than Apple. That said, DISH Smart Home Services uses the highest quality replacement parts for our repairs and stand behind them with a 60 day warranty.

Should I need to reschedule is there a fee?
We certainly understand that even the best laid plans can change. If you call us to reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your appointment, you will not incur any fees. If that is not possible, you will be only be charged the the $1 appointment confirmation fee.
Do you sell screen protectors and cases?
For your convenience our technicians carry a variety of accessories that you can purchase. Ask your technician to show you our line of protective cases, high quality cables, and screen protectors.
How long does it take to fix my device?
DISH is proud to have one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. When you schedule a service, you can expect that after we arrive the repair will usually take 30 to 45 minutes.
Do you have a warranty?
We at DISH take our work very seriously and stand behind our work and our parts. All of our repairs come with a standard 60 Day warranty. Should you have a problem within 60 days of the repair, that is a result of the repair we performed, we will fix it. This, of course, does not cover subsequent accidental damage. Please note, any repair of your phone may void any warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Should I backup my phone before the repair?
A "back up" of your phone should always be performed prior to a repair to ensure you do not lose data. In most cases we do not need to restore your phone for a repair, however, there are times when it may be necessary. For more information on how to back up your device, please consult your manufacturer’s recommendation.
When do I pay?
After you enter your credit card information on the website we charge a $1 appointment confirmation fee when the order is placed. Once the repair is complete we charge the balance of the phone repair to the card you provided. If you wish to cancel your order before we show up, or we are unable to repair your phone, we will issue you a full refund for any and all charges.
Do you repair anything other than cracked glass?
Yes, our technicians are also able to replace batteries.
What if I have more than one device to repair?
Repair appointments can be scheduled at your convenience, however, you can also discuss repairing additional devices with your technician at your scheduled appointment.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We repair your phone in front of you for complete peace of mind! Please ensure you have backed up all data prior to any repair using your preferred method.
Do you repair liquid damaged devices?
DISH does not perform repairs on liquid damaged devices.
Is the $1 Appointment Confirmation refundable?
The appointment confirmation fee is refundable if you cancel your appointment or we are unable to repair your phone upon inspection.
How do I know when my technician will arrive for my scheduled appointment?
You can track your technician online the day of your appointment with their name, photo, an interactive map and a minute-by-minute countdown to their arrival.
