Expand your TV universe with the Wireless Joey, a wireless TV receiver from DISH that brings the functionality of your Hopper DVR to other TVs in your house. You can pair up to three Joeys with your Hopper DVR and watch live, recorded, and on-demand programming anywhere you have a TV. As an extension of your Hopper, you use the Joey with the same DVR content, menus, programming guide and commands.

The Wireless Joey has all the features of a Joey, but has the added benefit of wireless connectivity. That means you can put television sets in places you wouldn’t ordinarily be able to put them. The patio, basement, garage apartment, or by the pool—anywhere in and around your home. Even if you just want to keep your rooms free of cables or store your TV receiver out of sight, the Wireless Joey is a great option.

Using a Hopper DVR and Joeys, you can access your DISH programming from any room in the house. With the wireless Joey, you don’t even need a cable jack in the room – just plug in the wireless Joey, connect it to your TV, and start watching live sports, shows, or movies. You can even watch on-demand and recorded content.

The Wireless Joey is one of several Joey Receivers available as a part of the DISH Whole Home DVR system. Each Joey in the lineup is packed with features that allow you to enjoy the same TV experience from any room in the house. Our professional technicians have received enhanced training on critical health-safety procedures, including those recommended by the CDC to promote cleanliness and to help prevent the spread of illness.

  • Work orders will be signed using a unique pin so you won't need to touch the technician's phone or tablet while on-site.
  • Technicians will take enhanced cleaning measures to sanitize surfaces they come in contact with and equipment installed in your home.
  • Technicians will wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.
  • Technicians will refrain from leaving behind paper manuals or equipment packaging unless desired by customers.
  • Technicians will practice safe social distancing whenever possible while visiting your home, and have been advised not to shake hands.
  • As always, if technicians have a known illness, they will not visit a customer's home.
