With the DISH Anywhere app’s new What’s Hot feature, you’ll never miss the most popular programs on TV. What’s Hot lets you see what TV shows, movies and sports events are trending nationally and locally. It’s a must for pop culture junkies and water cooler chatters up on the hottest programs everyone will talk about tomorrow.
How does it work? Check out the brief steps below.
- From the Guide tab, select the WHAT’S HOT button.
- The What’s Hot page shows you the most popular programs on TV by current viewership. From this page, you can further refine your results by selecting FILTER in the upper left-hand corner.
- This dropdown lets you filter popular programs by local or national viewership and genre. For example, you can filter only national sports for the biggest sports events viewed across the U.S. (Note that you can easily change your filter settings at any time).
- Once you set a filter, the What’s Hot homepage automatically adjusts its results. Select a program to watch by tapping the program tile.
- Sit back and watch TV on your mobile device!
