Over the past year, we have relied more and more on movies, TV shows and other entertainment to keep us connected to friends and family while apart. These connections are even more important now. This year, DISH is celebrating Galentine’s Day (Feb. 13) and the friendships that get us through the tough times. As Galentine’s Day approaches, it is even more meaningful to reflect on how we have been able to stand together, even when we are physically apart.
To celebrate, USDish, a DISH authorized retailer, is launching the Galentine’s Day Dream Job Challenge, offering one lucky winner a grand prize of $2,000 and all the necessities to make it a Galentine’s Day to remember!
The Challenge
The Galentine’s Dream Job winner will be tasked with throwing a virtual romantic comedy binge fest with their best friends in the month of February. During the viewing party, the host and their friends will choose three rom-coms, from start to finish in a single sitting, to win the grand prize.
In addition to $2,000, USDish will provide the winner with swag, food delivery gift cards for the host and their guests, free access to a virtual hangout room and the three movies of their choice.

How to Enter
To win the ultimate Galentine’s Day Dream Job, entrants simply need to submit a short essay (no more than 3,000 characters) outlining why they would be the ideal great virtual viewing party host, what their friends mean to them and their favorite Galentine’s Day memories. Bonus points for creativity!
