1. Put your receiver on standby mode
- Press the Power button on the front of your receiver. Wait 10 seconds then press the Power button again to turn it back on.
2. Restart your receiver
VIP/Wally Receivers:
- Unplug the power cord of your DISH receiver for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
Hopper/Joey Receivers
- Be sure to reset the Hopper before the Joey.
- Unplug the power cord of your DISH receiver for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. The reset process may take up to 5 minutes to complete.
