It’s a big day for sports fans. The obvious reason might be because the 2016 NCAA tournament first-round games begin today. While this is enough to pump up every college basketball enthusiast around the country, we’re giving you one more thing to cheer about during all the madness. MultiView Mode is now available on Hopper 3.

MultiView Mode, also known as MultiView, divides a 4K or HD TV screen into quadrants, each with the ability to display a program. It works with all live, linear channels in DISH’s programming lineup, as well as on demand content, and recorded TV shows and movies.

MultiView Mode is available just in time for the NCAA tournament, which airs across four different channels (CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV) with multiple games occurring at the same time. Forget having to travel to your local sports pub. You can now catch all the best tournament moments from the comfort of your own home without ever having to pick and choose which games you tune into.

To access the feature, press the “Options” button on your remote control, select “Picture In Picture,” then “MultiView.” Once the TV screen is divided into quadrants, you can easily toggle among the four channels to determine which one will have its audio played.

Hopper 3 includes additional multi-channel configurations, including a split-screen feature that places two channels side-by-side, as well as a setting that overlays a second channel in the upper right hand corner of the TV screen.
